- Depósito
- A 25% deposit reserves the appointment and is applied to the final session total.
- Plazo de cancelación
- 48 horas
- Ausencia sin aviso
- No-shows forfeit the deposit. Please contact the studio as soon as possible if plans change.
- Llegada tarde
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
- Reprogramación
- One reschedule with at least 48 hours notice is welcome when availability allows.
